About this job
As a Virtual Customer Support Agent with ECS, you may join our growing team. Over 2,000 agents are needed right now to work remotely from the convenience of their homes. You will have the option to select from a variety of positions as an agent, including helping customers make cruise trip bookings, organizing roadside assistance, navigating the websites of tax companies, and supporting families with reservations, among others. Our virtual agents are renowned for their competence, likeability, and dedication to going above and beyond for our clients.

We provide you complete autonomy and flexible hours so you may choose a schedule that works for you.
Our agents' starting salary is $10/hour for a minimum of 40 hours per week and $8/hour for fewer than that. We provide performance-based bonuses and incentives linked to client satisfaction and hours worked in addition to the base salary. You have the opportunity to work any schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime, giving you a good chance to make between $30,000 and $60,000 a year. Independent contractors are eligible for this opportunity.

Your Responsibilities
- Participate in training and certification programs as a responsibility.
- By supporting and directing clients with a polite and helpful attitude, provide great customer service.
- Answer incoming calls, video conversations, and live chats using your home phone and computer to provide excellent customer service.
- Commit to and complete the required minimum weekly hours.
- Be responsible in every element of your work with us.
Standard Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service is recommended but not necessary.
- A positive attitude and effective communication abilities are critical.
- Dedicated workspace that is quiet and furnished with a laptop or desktop, a headset, and a solid wired high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills that showed professionalism.
- Grammar and spelling norms are mastered.
- Willingness to submit to customary voice evaluations, drug tests, technology checks, and background checks.
- High work standards and a dedication to earning high client satisfaction ratings.
- Excellent mastery of the English language and ability to communicate.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Authorized to live and work in the United States.
- Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Washington, DC, and Wisconsin residents are ineligible.
- For system verification, you must have access to a smartphone.
